This company was hired to remove a large tree next door. When asked if they could access part of my front yard, I obliged. My wife was told any bit of the small damage done to our yard, which she had been starting to work hard on, would be fixed.
The next day a crane was driven on our entire yard killing plants, some of which were transplanted from my wife’s recently deceased mother.
When nothing was done about it, my wife called the owner. The call went straight to voicemail. When she finally got a hold of him, he acted as if rectifying the situation was not important to him, almost whining about it. He then said he would be over to replace plants that day. He did not show up and returned to ignoring calls from my wife.
Nearly a week later, I was able to reach him and he acted as if he did us a favor by taking the tree down. I told him he was paid to do a job by the property management company of the house next door and I did him a favor granting him a temporary easement on my yard to DO HIS JOB. He also made up lame excuses that a child could see through. He then gave a response that could be taken as a violent threat. I called the property management company and complained. He showed up the next day to replace the plants only because the lawyers representing the property forced him.
I believe he hired a company to remove my previous reviews that I plastered over the internet. I will continue to write the reviews as a company like this doesn't deserve a nickel of anyone's hard earned money. The lack of respect and excuses the owner made was wrong. This company truly deserves the F rating the BBB has given them.
