I recently had an appointment at aspen dental scranton PA office and i must say out of ALL of the appointments i had there i was not satisfied with today's appointment. The office manager lou was not very customer service friendly. I am unsure yet if i would recommend anyone to this office so far because of this. As for other staff there, Tammy was very compassionate and was very customer service friendly. Thank you tammy for showing you care for your pt's at Aspen Dental in scranton PA.
