I had been living in the City and moved to Petaluma and had been looking all over for a salon that could compete with what the City has. I went to Jo Hamer and got my haircut it was great. Confident that they could highlight the same and wax I was quickly disappointed. The women doing my eyebrows had thin eyebrows of her own but expecting that she would go to the shape of my face and brow she would not make them small and thin. SHE DID!!!! They looked very bad. The highlights were not natural looking and the colors did not go with my skin tone. This might work for a 20 something but when you are in your 30s and a professional this DOES NOT WORK IT LOOKS CHEAP AND TACKY!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!
