My regular doctor from another part of town is excellent, and he recommended these folks for some additional tests. After 5 times trying to set up an appointment, I told my doctor's office that I needed alternatives and they should take these people out of their referral list. I am a patient and understanding person, but their quality of service and disregard for customer service was not acceptable.\r

Recommendation: Go somewhere else, and if they have bad service upfront when you are trying to set up an appointment - take it as a signal that the rest of the experience will be worst.
