I ordered through grubhub and was told my pizza would be ready at 7. I got there at 7:10 assuming they might be busy. When I got there, my pizza hadn't even begun to have been made. I waited 25 minutes and when I noticed them making my pizza I saw they were making it wrong (despite the CLEAR requests I made on my online order). When I asked if they could make it correctly I was told they were super busy and I'd have to wait until the end of the line. After waiting another 20 minutes, I just to the UNCOOKED pizza home to cook myself. I was too hungry to wait another 20 min for them to make the correct pizza. In all, I wasted about an hour when I PRE-ORDERED. I should have just gone in and ordered there, as people in line finished before me! I won't be going back
