I travel for work. I've visited many spas all over the country. This was a horrible experience! I arrived about 5 minutes early. I was told that my services may be cut short because I had to fill out paperwork first. I have never been "greeted" so abruptly at a spa. When I was escorted to the locker room I was placed in the Men's/coed locker room. While I was undressed and before I got my robe on a male client opened the door, he got a free show at my expense and thanks to Jolie's unprofessionalism. I have no complaints about the therapist, they were professional. But the floors in the massage room and the facial room were sticky. While I was receiving my massage I couldn't relax because of all the noise. I heard people walking in hard soled shoes on the tile floor outside my room. I looked for the construction site because it sounded like the walls were coming down around me. When I left I asked to speak to a manager, but he was not available. I waited more than 20 minutes, he never showed up. I will NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!!
