?Relax. Re-energize. Revitalize. Refresh. Transform.? Don?t Be fooled by false statements. This spa is way overpriced for its poor ambiance and lousy services. I received a spa treatment package that started off with a 30 minute massage which was cut in half because of all the paper work I had to fill out before my ?spa retreat?. The staff was unwelcoming, gloomy, and dry. But I don?t blame them, the manager is rude and very unprofessional!!! I do not recommend this spa to anyone. The 5 star ratings on this review were probably written by the staff themselves because I could not imagine anyone enjoying this place, yet alone remembering the staff?s name?s. Money down the drain I left the spa even more stressed than when I arrived.
