Review content:
Dr Kratzer and Mary Graves provide excellent care for our two children. It is easy to get an appointment, the staff is courteous and extremely helpful. When we expressed concerns about a potential genetic disease that our kids might have inherited, we were quickly referred to Valley Children's Hospital for futher testing that thankfully ruled out the disease. Both Dr Kratzer and Mary Graves are very good at explaining what is going on with our children, what they are doing during exams, and teaching us how to provide care for our children at home when they are ill (irrigating noses during colds for relief, etc.). Both providers explain everything thoroughly. I know that sometimes our visits take longer than the time allotted to us, but that does mean there is sometimes a wait to be seen when I first arrive. \r
I am thankful to have found such caring providers in our community- I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a pediatrician!
Pros: Time spent with us, level of explanation during exams
Cons: there aren't more providers out there like this!
