Review content:
I would not recommend this practice to anyone. For starters, the wait time. My first trimester was fine, but my second trimester I had to wait 1-1.5 hours in the exam room to be seen, and now that I'm in my second trimester, that wait has increased to an incredible 2 hours! It's like they wait until you're too far along in your pregnancy to change providers before they stop caring about their wait times. I've mentioned it to them several times and they still have been unable/unwilling to do anything about it. It's always someone else's emergency, like I simply don't matter to them, or they're just understaffed. I understand that they'll have emergencies in medicine, but come on! Shouldn't they plan for that sort of thing? Worse than that, it's the vague feeling that I'm just a number, nobody has any idea who I am, or cares, and I've been coming consistently (at least monthly) for almost a year! I get more respect from my GP that I see maybe once or twice a year. It's so sad that I've spent so much time and money on such an important practitioner that seems totally apathetic about their patients. Sure, they're right next door to WakeMed Cary, but do yourself a favor Ladies and find a better OB. This one is definitely the pits.
Pros: Next door to WakeMed Cary
Cons: Wait time, apathetic staff, feeling like a number/anonymous
