The Staff at Big Air are an amazing one... I had an issue with my parents who live in Brentwood, CA. that required urgent service... I tried 6 other A/C companies in Brentwood, and none of them neither answered their phones, or returned my messages... So I called the Home Depot hotline and talked to Laura, who was very pleasant, and listened to my story... Then told me their next open appt. was over a week out, so I told her thank you anyway and was about to hang up when she asked me for more info... Upon hearing my predicament, she put me on hold, and came back a couple minutes later... After consulting with I believe it was Mike the owner, proceeded to tell me they were going to send someone out to look at the A/C unit at my parents the next day... Needless to say their tech Sean was sent the next day, and my parents were taken care of... With all the busy schedules, and heatwave that was going on, this company showed me that, personal attention to the customer is still a priority in the company...This is a rarity nowadays, but at the same time nice to know we can still find it from people, and companies like this... So to you all at Big Air I tip my hat off to you! You have come through at a crucial time for me, and my parents... Oooh , and just an FYI to all you future customers of Big Air, this was all done from my home in San Jose, CA... So if you ever have any doubts about this company, don't because I will be using them for all my A/C, and Heating problems... They will also be performing yearly maintenance on my parents home from now on... Another thing that was funny is that these people were in Concord, and came to do the repair, when no one in Brentwood would even return my calls... They have my business for life...
