Just had our first visit to Rocky Ridge dental. To be honest, I was a little scared after reading such negative reviews. I was on my guard. I was met with friendly but very busy office staff. The phone really never stopped ringing. As soon as my paper work was filled out and put into the computer, my 2 kids (12 and 8) were brought in for their cleaning. I was asked back to the exam area when the dentist was doing the exam. She showed me the x-rays and had me look into their mouths at the problem areas. She was very nice and explained everything very clearly. She wants me to have a consult with the ortho before we put fillings in baby teeth. Other dentists never gave me the option before. Said it had to be done.
My kids both need fillings, I knew they would. I've been to several dentists and the prices here are no greater than others. All dentist stick it to you. It's the way of the world.
I asked my kids when it was all over, how their experience was. They were both totally fine with it. Said the hygienist and the dentist were very nice.
Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Seems like there haven't been many recent reviews. Maybe the bad staff was let go?
