This is the worst dental office I have ever been to in my life!\r
\r
Horrible dentists, horrible front office! \r
\r
I made an appointment with a dentist there who I had looked up on the internet before I made the appt. When I got there another dentist walked in. My biggest mistake was that I didn't get up and walk out the door right then. I needed some old crowns changed and I was not having any trouble or pain when I walked into the office. After numbing me this dentist drilled for 3 hours, poked the drill into my tongue, my cheeks and my gums. I was bleeding profusely but because I was numb I didn't know where the blood was coming from until I got home. I couldn't eat solid food for the next week and the office didn't seem to care. They said the crowns would be ready in 2 weeks and they kept extending this date. 4 weeks later I still have on the temporary crowns, my gums are still swollen, my teeth ache and I've told them I won't go back in and that I want my money back. They're not about to do that! I fear the damage may be permanent. I am meeting all kinds of resistance and have turned them in to Delta Care, USA. \r

Worst experience of my life! And I'm out $3400.00!
