I have been going here for a while and thought i'd refer a friend. \r

I called the front office and the lady said as long as the insurance company was called and confirmed the change of the Dentist, it's ok. I specifically told her the friend was in pain and would need to see the doctor now and she said that if we told the Insurance company that it was an emergency, then they can take care of it. All of this was done and when my friend actually showed up, she said they don't see any one without an appointment!!\r

The friend called me to put me on to the lady and she said she never talked to any one at all about this! I asked to talk to the Doctor and the response was that I could not talk to the Doctor and the doctor did not have even a voicemail!!\r

This is the level of pathetic service that this place is known for!\r
\r
All she needed to do was tell me that they don't see any one without an appointment and my friends wouldn't have bothered to go all the way suffering through the pain.
Pros: Poor service and management
Cons: horrible and rude
