Review content:
This dental office has nothing but incompetent service as well as incompetent customer service staff. Between the passive ""know nothing"" female, and the ""talks-way-to-fast"" hispanic female, you get nothing done. Don't leave a message because you WILL NOT get a call back, whether its urgent or not, you will receive no form of contact or help from anyone at that office. I did not get past the patient waiting room without being turned away because the orthodontist ran into ""difficulties"" which were probably self inflicted. I forgot to mention the hoops, and fire i had to go through to get this much needed appointment. After four days and calling every hour on the hour, i reached a person who said she would call back. Two days later, i call the office and there was no record of me calling. Literally, after five hours of playing phone tag with a bunch of monkies, I got an appointment, which I mentioned earlier, was canceled. No phone call at all, my appointment was very late in the evening and they couldn't figure it out to call me so i could at least save gas.
P.S.
Im pretty sure the positive reviews are paid employees writing for some extra cash. It deserves no stars, but a rating is required.....
