Review content:
The Rivergate Pet Emergency Clinic saved my Pet's life. I love my pet, and would do anything for him. I am also aware that Emergency Visits cost more $, due to the fact that it is after hours, fully staffed with better techs than at my regular Vet's office, and lets not forget the Doctor's who are trained to handle EMERGENCYS.\r
I have had to use the clinic several times, most of the time i have had to wait a while to be seen because someone's pet was close to death, while my baby had a little loose stool, and another time had a limp when walking. Beleive me there was no wait for my baby on our last visit because they TRIAGE and rushed him back for emergency surgery. I am well aware that the other people in the waiting room had to wait even longer to be seen, but their pet was not about to die and mine was.. \r
I am sooooo happy that they are there for me and my baby.\r
The staff really know their stuff. I RECOMEND THEM TO EVERYONE. \r
People who complain about the cost should get an emergency credit card, like i have OR get a friend with one. \r
Also the hospital is so very clean, it is quite impressive. As a community we are LUCKY to have them.
