I would NEVER bring any more animals to this place after my experience. I had a puppy that had trouble breathing. I called them at 10pm to ask some questions. They wouldn't give me any suggestions on what to do or check. They only thing they wanted was for me to come to them and pay $95.00 for an exam and then tell me what treatment method to take. I was short on cash and couldn't do it and again asked for suggestions to check out why my dog was breathing in spurts. After I hung up, I called some friends and some suggested that something was stuck in her throat. Some asked if her stomach was bloated and finally after about an hour an a half the dog was starting to drop and looked like it wouldn't be long and she would be gone. I called a friend and borrowed $250.00 and off to their hospital I went. It was a Monday night, they were empty, nothing to do but sit around. I bring the puppy in and they take her into the back and front counter person started asking how much I could spend. I told them that all I had was $250.00 and all I want them to do was keep her alive until morning when I could take her to my Vet. Her temperature was high about 103 and kept going up. She eventually got as high as 107.50 and they put her in ice to try and cool her off. For some reason they didn't know what it was. They told me to leave and come back at 6:30am to pick her up to take to my Vet. At 3am they call me and told me in their professional opinion that they thought I should approve for them to euthanize the dog since it's temperature was so high for too long. Her temperature finally came down to 101. They also said that my $250.00 was all spent. That if the dog would get sick they wouldn't even clean out her mouth. I told them NO - DO NOT EUTHANIZE THIS DOG... I jumped in my car and head over there. I told them I would take legal action if they stopped treating her. To cut a story short. I picked her up at 6:30 and went to my Vet. My Vet Saved her life... Cons: They want Money Money Money and More Money
