I was fighting with this dentist office for almost 10 month… they decided that it’s too much work to fulfill requirements of my insurance and they haven’t submit appropriate papers and my insurance of course didn’t pay them. They were harassing me for 4 month even thought I explain there person, who suppose to take care of paperwork… I believe Stephaney… so she has never call me back and refused to do anything at all and to talk to me. I was calling many times… maybe 15 or more… so I did all the work myself and talk to my insurance and actually its done… so I’m calling them right now and the same thing – they busy and don’t want to talk to me at all…. So they were harassing me demanding 500$ and when I resolved everything they now owe me 50$ instead. But they refused not even return me money but even talk to me.
Cons: real rip off
