For the most part my buying experience was enjoyable. I e-mailed Jackie during the week and we agreed on a price for the new vehicle. I was pleased with the price and felt it was both fair for them and me. I then visited the dealership on Saturday where Jackie introduced me to Corey who took me for a test drive and explained all the features of the vehicle. He was very cordial and knowledgeable. The only hiccup in the buying experience was the pricing on my Subaru trade-in. I felt a little insulted as they low-balled their initial offer. After reminding them that Subaru had a guaranteed trade-in program, we agreed to a substantially better price on the trade. Overall they are friendly and want to make you happy with your purchase. I found them very cooperative in coming to an agreement on a fair price.
