It all went downhill with the first phone call. I couldnt understand the rude receptionist with the thick accent and lack of understanding of the English language. Walking into the office I was greeted by the office manager whose appearance resembled one of a homeless women. The front office was also adorned with an equally english challenged gentleman. I could hear the nurses in the hallway feuding over who was going to take which patient back to the small appropriate room assigned to them. I waited in the room for over an hour and was asked once by the homeless looking lady if I needed a magazine. Meanwhile the smell of lunch and the sight of employees walking up and down the hallway with huge plates of food keep passing by. Complete lack of professionalism by all staff. The doctor made me feel like an idiot and touched me extremely rough with absolutely no bedside manor. I was given a list of tests I needed and soon left and got a second opinion. Needless to say I will never step foot in this hovel of an office again. I would definitely take the advice ot the other review and have these M.D.'s checked out.
