I brought in a VHS to be transferred to DVD. It is supposed to take 24 hours and they told me to come back after four days. When I returned to the store four days later, my VHS had not been touched. They sent us away and told us to return in a few hours. I returned later that evening only to find that my VHS had been destroyed with black pieces of video tape everywhere. The VHS had worked perfectly fine at home beforehand and yet they blamed the degrading tape on us. Their equipment destroyed the only footage of my grandmother before she passed away and now it is gone forever.\r

I would have at least expected some sympathy or a phone call to tell us it wouldn't work (before we drove in 1+ hours to pick it up). Wolf Camera did nothing to make the situation right and blew us off. I'm not pleased with the service offered to us and I will not return.
Pros: decent location
Cons: poor service, destructive equipment
