I bought 4 new near the top of the line tires for my Toyota Corolla, having just traveled round trip to Guadalajara Mexico.\r

In Guadalajara I had my hubcaps attached with screws and wire so they wouldn't be stolen. \r
\r
Lake City Les Schwab broke off ALL FOUR HUBCAPS - it required real effort to brake them all - then they claimed they didn't do it! They think customers are idiots!\r

Refused to either replace the hubcaps or pay me the approx. $100 each to replace the Toyota brand hubcaps.\r
\r
My best friend came back with me to ask them politely AGAIN to be honest and pay me or replace the hubcaps but they refused.\r

We left - PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE RIPOFF PEOPLE on LAKE CITY. Les Schwabs are generally good but these owners in LAKE CITY SUCK!!!\r

So now I drive around with no hubcaps and a broken one in the trunk so I can show people what they did. What JERKS.
Pros: too expensive of tires - shop around - don't go here
Cons: Broke all my hubcaps by force and lied about it
