I called Atlantic Heating and Air Conditioning and they did a first available appointment. Josh was the repairman that came. He was wonderful. Sympathetic, helpful, and he could have made things sound a lot worse. He was very proactive about diagnosing the whole central air system. He tried to troubleshoot it so I wouldn't need a whole new system. He talked to me in language I could understand. Josh was just great and stayed longer than anybody should have.
He diagnosed the problem. A couple of days had to go by to let frozen ice melt and then they came back quickly. They fixed it and Josh will be coming back periodically to make sure it was running. He was totally professional, honest, and ethical. A lot of people could have tried to sell me a whole new system. It was a very good experience all the way around. Their professionalism is fabulous - I'd give them a 10! I would recommend them highly to anyone.
