Review content:
I was parked about 100 yards away from your station in the parking lot next door. My battery was dead and I walked over to Crossville Chevron. The service man and I walked to my car and restarted with a battery pack. I drove to the station and was told I needed a new battery, which I purchased. I was charged $35 for a 100 yard "road service" and another $28.50 for telling me I needed a new battery. I have never before paid an extra service charge for a battery test, especially when I purchase the new battery there. The $35 charge for walking across the parking lot is also outrageous. I live nearby in a large residential facility (150 units), St. George Village, and will certainly advise my friends about the "service" I received at Crossville Chevron. The invoice #11241, dated 7/2/2013.
