In comparsion to the arrangement in the sotre, my arrangement I ordered was not the same quality. I was really disappointed and embarassed becasue I ordered the flower for a loved ones birthday. The arrangement was not what I requested at all. THough it had the flowers I asked for, the way it was arranged look liked a kid did it. Their response time to act on my complaint was the next day not the same day. I will not order from them again.
