Both my son and I see Dr. Kaur and Pain management and we love it there. Everyone has always been extremely helpful and really nice. My son is only 17 and they don't normally treat people his age but she made and exception for him because I have been seeing her for so long and she has done wonders for me. He broke his back 3 years ago and we have not been able to find any pain clinic that would help give him any relief besides narcotics he didn't want to be on drugs, he failed a year of school because of it, he could concentrate, he ended up having to be home schooled the following year and this year, well it's his senior year and he really just wanted to be able to enjoy and go back to regular school and be there with his girlfriend and his other friends. With Dr. Kaur's help he is able to do that over the last 4 months she has gotten him to the point where he can stand, sit, walk, lay down and sleep without being in constant agononizing pain. As a mother it makes me cry to see him actually enjoying life again. \r
For myself I have so many different things going on, and have seen so many doctors that no one would help me with my pain, they just wanted to keep giving me oxycodone every day 3-4 times a which just caused more and more migraines, I was miserable, I live with so much pain that on a pain scale I was at a 8-9 every single day with all over body pain, but every pain doctor that I went to said that I had to choose one place that hurt and then they could help me, they wouldn't treat all over body pain. Until I met Dr. Kaur, when I sat down with her and told her everything and she said I can help you, here is what we can do, and told me all my different options, i immediately broke down and started sobbing, she was the first person to tell me they could help me. And she has done just that. Don't get me wrong I still have pain but it is so much more manageable, I can live my life and enjoy my children and do things again, I live each day hovering most days around a 5 some days a 4 which to me is WONDERFUL!!!! I thank god everyday for brining Dr. Kaur into my life. I hope the people who did not have a good experience are able to find someone to help them they way Dr. Kaur helped my son and I. PS My mom is going to start seeing her next month, and my oldest son who just retired from the marines is going to see her next month for an injury he received while serving. Dr. Kaur really is an amazing doctor.
