Jason came to our office in September on a Groupon deal. After receiving all of his services on that coupon, he asked for a diagnostic workup to determine cosmetic treatment. He was presented with a fee and signed an agreement for the diagnostics, which he was given.\r

No complaint about any of his services was voiced.\r

Upon receiving his bill last week, he offered a bargain in exchange for payment:\r

\r
Jason has been given nearly $1000 in services and has paid less than $200.\r
\r
Cyberextortion is the legal term for this.\r
