Having resided in North Bend for over 14 years, Blimpie's Subs by Safeway was always a great place for an after-game meal, snack and treat -- not so much lately.\r \r The last two experiences have me turning toward Subway instead. The new owners aren't very firendly -very ""business like"". They would not accept our filled punch card saying they have ""switched over"" to new ones -- bad business, considering it costs them less than $4 to honor it, and the fact that we are (were) long time, loyal customers.\r \r Few months after this, I was given dried out, stale bread for my sandwich - bad business! Honesty and integrity have vanished with the previous owners. Our vists to this establishment will definitely deminish, having left a bad taste - no pun intended, as we love Blimpies restaurants! Waiting for new owners for this location who care about their community supporters of local business.
