Review content:
I was a patient for a couple of years there. Each time, there was some type of billing issue where I was charged more money than I had antisipated. Plus, treatment plans were always over done. For example, was told that I needed to have cavities filled in areas that were not cavities. My needs or wants as a patient were not listened to when the treatment plan was written up. I still recommended them to my sister because she was new to the area but she experienced the same thing. As in being told that every silver filling HAD to be replaced with composite. I felt like I was more a pay check then a patient. Not to mention that waiting times have always ranged from 1 hour to 3 just to get seated in the back. This, when there was may be two or three patients there and 10 empty chairs. \r
