I found a great dress, and the customer service was good up to the point of sale, and then once the sale was complete, the service went down hill.... I ordered my dress almost a year in advance because I had read some bad things after the fact, and got my dress in February, but didnt receive my veil, they said they were trying to locate it and to give them two more weeks...And then when it came to my bridesmaid dresses, I wasnt told that all three girls need to order all at once to order the dresses, so i get a phone in January saying that one of my girls havent come in yet and they need her to come in in order to order all three dresses, when my other two went in October to order their dresses... and they said that their hoping that they will be here by April and my wedding is in May... so for their sake they better be... my fiance even called him while i was at work one day and said the guy was rude and nasty on the phone, and thats just not good customer service when people are just asking a question... So unfortunately I would not recommend them, unless you did everything 9 months in advance and maybe you get good service and everything. Good luck to all the new brides out their.
