My husband went to this office, and no one in my family will ever go back. Our insurance made a mistake and at first denied the claim. They didn't resend the claim, when my husband talked to them and explained the situation, they failed to note this in his chart. So the next month, they billed the entire balance to our checking acount. Our insurance is taking care of the bill, so I will get reimbursed but the office manager was rude, RUDE, RUDE on the phone with me. I could get over everything else, but there is no reason to be rude to a customer. I was honestly asking a question (about the late fee they so kindly charged us in the mean time) and she freaked out. I will never deal with these people again. I don't yell and I don't expect to be yelled at.
