I love the change in my five-year-old twins since they started the Little Dragons program with Progressive Martial Arts in Queens. Their confidence and self-esteem has rising and I love that they get recognition for things like respect and manners. The classes are so much fun and are age specific to suit the development levels of the kids. The instructors are fantastic and really understand how to bring out the best in the little ones. It's great to be able to direct my children's energy into something positive. Janet Lette
