I had gone into their office at 100 Grove st to apply for apartments that were listed in the paper that morning.\r
Of course when I get there my agent isn't there yet. Once he does finally arrive, the apartments where already rented?!?!?! Interesting because there were at least 3 in my price range and of course they gave me every excuse why they couldn't show me.\r
My agent told me he would call me on Monday, two days after I filled out the application. He never called. So I waited a couple days, called him, didn't call me back. Its been two weeks and I have called their office 3 times to look at apartments that are in the Telegram. NO ONE calls me back.\r
They are so full of it when they advertise. Either the apartment is rented or the rent is at least $100 higher a month than what they advertised!!!\r

This place is horrible to try and work with.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: no place to park in front of their building; office was freezing!!! And no one returns calls
