I 've been going to Phebes for a few months now & i find this place, to be the best happy hour bar in new york city by far...great prices on drinks & also half price APPETIZERS!!!!\r
The weekend night is perfect to meet people. The place gets really crowded but i must say that i always met someone interesting!!!\r
The bartenders are always at their full & i have to say ,they do a great job!!!! \r
I love the managers there, specially the tall american guy...he buys us drinks everytime we go! The irish guy is really nice too but he is not that good looking & is also married!!!!!\r
Anyway, i recommend this place if you are young, single, or just want to meet people & have a great time.LOVE PHEBES!!
Pros: happy hour- wing night-weekends
Cons: always packed!!
