Okay so i read a couple of other peoples reviews and i was shocked. I went to fuji last night with two other people. It was a monday night so we were the only ones there. From what I've read in some of the other peoples reviews they said that service was slow and it was crowded, well what I have to say to that is ""DUH!"". You probablly went on the weekend, which is a busy time for all resturaunts. Also, Fuji is a small family run business, so they don't have many workers and they can't afford a bigger resturaunt just yet. If you want faster and better service go on a weekday idiots! Another thing I read in the reviews was that the sushi chef was ""a joke"", no he's not you idiots probvablly didn't know that there was a sushimi chef and a sushi chef and mistaked them for the wrong person, therefore to you imbecile's were probablly talking to the wrong chef and thought he was ""a joke"" for not knowing alot about sushi, when really he wasn't the SUSHI CHEF! So before you people go and complain about this resturaunt why don't you get a clue and learn more about the chef's and altogether the Japanese culture you dumb idiots! \r
