Businiess name:  Fuji Sushi & Grill

Review content:
First and foremost, I usually stay away from restaraunts who recieve a bad review. However, I broke my own rule and went to Fuji. This guy who is the sushi chef is a complete joke...He isn't Japanese and on top of that he is very cheap. I could barely taste the tuna in my $5.00 tuna roll due to the fact that it was sliced so thin (I basically paid for rice wrapped in seaweed.) The nigiri sushi is also a problem....It is tiny and not that good. I would much rather pay slightly more at Kiku for much better quality and good sized portions. The only good thing I have to say about this place is the woman who cooks in the back is a good cook. I had a shrimp teriaki I was pleased with it, but still could not get over the odasity of the sushi chef. If you want sushi stay away from this place. I recommend Sushi Kim or Kiku. I REPEAT DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE. Pros: cooked food was okay, parking was easy, and they had a good waiter Cons: It is a waste of time and money, you are better off making your own sushi. Quite possibly the worst dining experience in my life.
