Review content:
I've ordered from Anarkali quite a few times, simply because the food is so good. Sadly, however, I cannot continue to do so; it's just too frustrating. Many times (5 to be exact) the orders have been delayed by 30-45 minutes and 4 times the order have been incomplete (main course or bread not in the order) or missing key condiments (e.g. the sauces for the various dishes) - they don't come back to fix the order, they offer (when you can get a manager on the phone, twice none was there and the people on the phone were unhelpful and rude) a "Free Samosa the next time you order" - which isn't helpful because I'd rather have the food I ordered. I just don't trust that when I order from them they will deliver on time or that anything I ordered will actually show up and I'm tired of the "free samosas" as a solution.
