I visited Dr. Ismail about two years ago and was impressed by her. She wanted to treat causes, not symptoms, and even though I went in for a cold, she talked to me about my overall health.
I've been trying to make an appointment here for the past two weeks and have had nothing but trouble with the gal who sets appointments. She is rude, bossy, unprofessional and unhelpful. I had questions about my insurance policy and instead of trying to problem solve with me, she pretty much told me to go to an urgent care facility.
While I'd like to see Dr. Ismail again, it's not worth the time I've spent trying to make an appointment. I hate that she'll be losing my business, but the appointment setter has truly left me wanting for an overall pleasant experience.
