I have to add to this review as I noticed the same theme of the quality over the past 2 years. \r

I have had this doctor for over 2 years to include Doctor Ismail, Doctor Blaloch; and also another PA that I have seen. They are all nice and I have enjoyed their professionalism when visiting. \r

The main problem is the follow ups are horrible...and I think both the staff in front as well as the doctors and their PA's have to work on that...To me it seems like the people in front are just there to get their hourly pay and just be there...this is similar tp many city and gov't workers who don't put effort in their work because they get ""so so"" alaries and know they don't have to put effort because they are not being critically evaluated on their performance on a day to day basis. \r

My dentist that I go to in North Raleigh they are great from the front desk to the doctors...and that is because they all make sure everyone is doing their job. That is what this place is lacking. \r

The facilities don't bother me as much but I can imagine no one wants to go into a private practice that does not make much effort to keep up appearance. This is also true, knowing they are getting paid just like other private practices and have big cars and houses to show for it.
