Dr Crane is great and I really like her. \r
But unfortunately I have to agree with the previous entry\r
and confirm that the front desk service at the clinic is horrible.\r
I took a PAP test and they called and said it was normal,\r
then they called again a couple of weeks later and said it wasn't.\r
So i had to go in again to do another test. The test came back\r
normal so I think they mixed up my result with someone else \r
the first time. \r

2 (!) times i've made an appointment on the phone,\r
got there and they don't have me in their files.\r
So I had to make yet another appointment \r
and come back another day.\r
\r
I've been thinking about seeing someone else,\r
but now that I just found out im pregnant I really\r
wanna go to a doctor I know and not a new one.\r
And dr.Crane is doing a great job, so are the nurses.\r

It's just the girls at the front desk you have\r
to keep an eye on :)
Pros: Like the doctor
Cons: Don't like the 'supporting' staff
