Whole staff is great, kind, accommodating. Kudos to Dr. Knehr, who helped us through the loss of 2 beloved family pets. He treated our current dog for seizures, we called him immediately. He was able to save our beloved dog and now she is a fine, healthy senior. We are so thankful to Dr. Knehr and his staff.\r

Also, I work in the medical field, and they always ask for an SS#, It is a common practice. Don't cut them off your list just because of a question you disagree with. \r

They also work with you if you cannot have a procedure done due to cost issues. Just ask.
Pros: Plenty of parking, staff is helpful at getting in sick animals ASSP. Pet boarding is safe and secure.
Cons: Dog and extremely stressed cats (in carriers) are together in waiting room.
