in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful

they ask you to sign a release form with lines to check for additional, optional procedures with a description & price. They ask you to sign, then they check things off themselves behind your back, then present you with a bill way above the quoted price. They will try to scam you if you don't pay attention. That's probably why they ask you to fill out a questionnaire form that asks you for your social security number. That way, if you get mad & refuse to pay them....they know who you are so they can file in small claims. F-ing scam!!!!
