Businiess name:  Why Not Men's Spa

Review content:
Last weekend was my first time at Why Not spa. I went with a friend and we both had a message and facial. My massage was good but my friend had a different therapist and complained that it was very gentle. Also the message rooms are really just curtained off parts of the basement and my friend saw a ro ach on the ceiling during his massage. My therapist told me that I should separate out his tip from the facialist, I guess so that they wouldn't have to fight over how to split it. But when I paid at the counter he was hovering behind the counter and watching what I wrote on the credit card slip. It was very unprofessional and rude. As for the facial...from the moment I sat down she was pointing out all the flaws on my skin and telling me all the things I should have done but were not included in the basic package. She could of course add them on for a fee and she had a whole fee schedule worked out. She pointed out 4 blemishes on my skin: one would cost $40 to extract, another was $20 and the remaining ones $10 each. A peel is another $30 and extracting on the forehead of cheeks was extra. She kept up her spiel for quite a while. I'm probably an idiot but I spent almost twice as much as I had intended. It turned out to be a very expensive treat. I had signed up for one of their ""packages"" because I thought it was a better deal but instead I was sold a litany of add-ons and left the spa less relaxed than when I entered. I will not be back. Pros: quiet, convenient location Cons: pushy employees, dirty
