My family and I have been looking for cars at many dealerships, however the employees at those other dealerships seemed as if they just wanted to sell a car, they were not that interested if we were satisfied with the car or not. They put pressure on us to buy something, which just made us want to just leave. \r

My family lives in Ventura County and we decided to go to Mission Hills because of how great the service was the first time we visited. The employees offered coffee, hot chocolate, waters, and drinks like that, which was very welcoming. They were all so friendly, and our conversations were as if we have known them for a while. Our sales consultant, Gilbert Jordan, made sure we were completely satisfied with which car we would chose, he showed us the whole interior and how every little thing functioned. He explained how the engine worked, the differences between cars, and so on. It was also very convenient that he spoke Spanish which made us feel even better about our buy. All
