Our 15+ Maytag dishwasher received a new lease on life through the competent and skilled efforts of Martins' Appliance technician, Todd Touchton. After giving an estimate for what our appliance needed for repair, Mr. Touchton returned the following week with the necessary equipment and service parts to get our old dishwasher operational once again. In addition to competent skills,my husband and I were particularly impressed with Mr. Touchton's friendly and affable customer service skills, which are in short supply these days. Thank you, Mr. Touchton, for representing your company commendably and admirably.
