This could be a one stop destination. Everything you need is right here. The hotel is very nice. Our room had a fireplace and faced the ocean with sliding doors allowing us to walk right out. The hotel is located on a bluff overlooking the ocean, just beautiful. There are steps that lead to the beach or the more adventurous can climb down on the rocks. The restaurant prepares delicious food, it is Italian. The service is extremely friendly. There is an attached board walk with little shops to get videos, gifts. etc. If you want to explore there is Hearst Castle and the elephant seals close by. If you love quiet, natural beach beauty this is a must visit location.
