Review content:
While dining at Rudy's Mexican Restaurant, my companion bit into a METAL SPRING which was in the Chicken Burrito. The spring was about the size of a small spring insert from a mechanical pen. Upon reporting this to the server, she got the manager who was very NONCHALANT about the situation. He proceeded to take the metal spring in a napkin and walk away. It was not until we called him back and brought attention that his disregard to the situation as was troubling, did he attempt to apologize or offer to compensate for that particular food item. This whole situation was very concerning and disgusting. It made us wonder about the food preparation area and cleanliness of their kitchen as well as their customer service skills. I've reported them to the BBB and will share this experience with as many people as I can... truly DISGUSTING.
