We had a massive, all house backup in our rental home one Sunday evening. Roto-rooter came in and knew exactly how to access the an awkward cleanout on an old home, and then found it required complete drain replacement in front of the house. Each technician (four total) were extremely service friendly and communicated perfectly to us throughout the process. It took many hours to complete, and the job was much more expensive than we would have liked for a rental home, but I'm glad they were so responsive and helpful. Our tenants moved back that next day. Thank you Rotorooter!
