AVOID THIS COMPANY...it just wants your money ....rick is so sweet till you have a problem....try to have them fix it....2 years we tried to get our new stove lopi pellet stove fixed so it wouldn't fill our house with smoke...two years they said it was user error to much air ...not enough air ...the remote........i finally went to another stove place i was going to junk that lemon get another and told them the problem...they said they could send there tech over to check it out....after 40 minutes the stove filled the house with smoke...and he knew the problem....not user error ..not the air ...not the remote...it was the computer and blower motor...this lopi pioneer stove bought at summer haven ....computer and blower motor went in this stove 2 months after we got it. 2 years we fought with them that it was not right. 2 years they said it was my fault...I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM RICK AT SUMMER HAVEN....
