I tend not to review products and companies until I have had some history with both. In this case, 4 years. I purchased a Hotspring spa from Regina in 2007. First, let me say that after 4 years, the spa looks and operates like new. It has required some minor service, but all covered under the excellent warranty. And, each part that was replaced has been reengineered to correct the flaws that allowed them to fail. Watkins, the manufacturer of Hotspring, continuously improves its componenents. \r Next, the purchase experience. The sales process was informative, pleasant and not pushy. I had done a lot of homework, so the salesman listened and treated me with respect for my knowledge and needs. The price i paid was consistent with the average going price for the product at the time. The delivery was a compicated one, but was handled flawlessly and courtiously.
