My cat refused to eat and had diarrhea so after reading good reviews here I took him to this hospital.\r
I gave them a phone call first asking to make an appointment but they told me that I should come without an appointment because it was an emergency case.\r
Ok, I came and they charged me for the emergency visit ($35 more over regulay price) although I was the only visitor in the hospital...\r
Then they took my cat away from me for the examination and didn't let me in, I felt very uncomfortable being unable to watch what they were doing to him...\r
In about ten minutes they took me into the room where I was supposed to wait for a doctor.\r
Finally the doctor came with the estimates.\r
She suggested to x-ray my cat (for diarrhea!) and do bloodwork and only then prescribe him medication that alone cost about $400 (for diarrhea!). Total estimates were about $1000.\r
I thought it was rediculous and I am not that stupid not to notice that they care only about money...\r
